Although they are free, please do not request these features unless you actually need them. Do you offer a discount for large orders? We offer a 10% discount on orders of 75 pages or longer. Do you have an installment plan? Yes. To split-up your total cost over a certain period of time, you may place separate orders for each chapter or section. However, please understand that the automatic 10% discount applies only to single orders of 75 pages or longer. So, for example, if a customer named "David" wants to order 200 pages and receive the 10% discount on all 200 pages, he could place two separate orders of 100 pages each or a single order for all 200 pages. He could also place separate orders of 75 and 125 pages each. But, if David chooses to place four separate orders of 50 pages each, he will not receive the 10% discount on any of the pages because none of the separate orders would be at least 75 pages long. After submitting payment for your first order, you will receive an email containing your 5-digit "Order ID" and the writer's "username." To ensure proper flow and continuity, you may request the same writer by stating his or her username and the original "Order ID" when submitting payment for each of your following orders. The same writer will complete each order. What forms of payment do you accept? A customer's book report order is usually time-sensitive. We email all book reports in Microsoft Word® (.doc) format, which any computer can open. If you do not have a copy of Microsoft Word®, you may view the book report with the Microsoft Word® Viewer, which is available for FREE at the Microsoft® Web site. Will you read the necessary material before writing the book report? Yes, absolutely. That's part of our job. Can you write the book report in a different language? We write all book reports in English. However, for a modest fee of only $9.95, we can translate the book report into your choice of Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, or Swedish.
